We, Nidec OKK, became a member of the Nidec Group in 2022.
Nidec entered the machine tool business in 2021, and our entry into the Nidec Group is of great significance in that we will further advance Nidec's mission of " anticipate social issues and contribute to society through our innovative products " through machine tools. In order to tackle major global changes such as decarbonization, encouraging automation, improving labor saving practices and a more digitized society, using innovative technology to create advanced and stable supply chains is becoming ever more important. We are developing various business activities to fulfill these missions.
Currently, Nidec's machine tool business consists of four companies: Nidec OKK, Nidec Machine Tools, TAKISAWA, and PAMA (Italy). All four companies have long histories as machine tool manufacturers and have contributed to the development of society through their superior technologies and numerous delivery records.
Our group can be described in a few words,
