Three-phase connection with inverter

Three-phase voltages vA, vB, and vC are applied to the three-phase windings in the manner shown below. The suitable supply voltage is different when connecting the same coils in the Y or Δconnection. The appropriate turn ratio is 173 (for Y or star) : 100 (for Δ), and the cross-section ratio is vice versa. When the power supply voltage V_S is predetermined, the ratio of the suitable number of turns is 100 (for Y): 173 (forΔ). In reality, choices for the diameter of magnet wire and number of turns are limited.
