We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (including but not limited to your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data).
Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract s we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may be obliged to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

5.DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
DATA SHARING
We may share your personal data with other Nidec group subsidiaries and other third parties (including third-party service providers, contractors, and designated agents) only to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice.
Nidec group subsidiaries shall mean the entities controlled by Nidec Corporation. For the purpose of this definition, “control” means that more than fifty percent (50%) of the shares or ownership interest representing the voting right for the election of directors or persons performing similar functions for such a corporation or any other legal entity are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the controlling entity.
We also provide your CCTV Data to law enforcement agencies with evidence related to an incident under investigation.
WHY MIGHT MY PERSONAL DATA BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES?
We will share your personal data with other Nidec group subsidiaries as part of our regular reporting activities on company performance, in the context of a business reorganisation or group restructuring exercise, for system maintenance support, hosting of data, for general support activities and for the administration of the pension arrangements.
We will share your personal data with third parties where it is necessary to administer the working relationship with you or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so. We will share your personal data with third parties where required to comply with applicable laws or regulation; comply with legal process or a court order; to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities; necessary to enforce this Privacy Notice; necessary to protect your safety or security; necessary to protect our rights, the safety and security of the Website or property or third parties; to allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages we may sustain.
We will share your personal data with third parties, for example in the context of the possible sale or restructuring of the business. In this situation we will, so far as possible, share anonymised data with the other parties before the transaction completes. Once the transaction is completed, we will share your personal data with the other parties if and to the extent required under the terms of the transaction.
HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL DATA
When we share your personal data with other Nidec group subsidiaries or any other third parties, we require them to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and to respect the security of your personal data d to treat it in accordance with the law.
When they treat your personal data on our behalf, we do not allow them to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
6.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We may transfer your personal data to the countries outside the European Economic Area (:”EEA”) but we transfer your personal data only to the countries which are deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data or to a party who promised us to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data by implementing appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contract Clauses approved by the European Commission).
