We develop mechanical parts such as switches that make up automobiles and motorcycles, hardware design, software design, and control logic construction for control units that control power steering and various vehicle bodies, as well as smart entry and digital key systems that combine these with wireless communication technology. In recent years, we have also been developing voltage converters and on-board chargers required for hybrid and electric vehicles.
In addition, our specialized teams support development by taking on regulatory management, development infrastructure development, production technology development, and parts purchasing for development, which are essential for our product development.

In the future, mobility will shift to electrification. Accordingly, the expectations for in-vehicle electrical components to further enhance the value of mobility are rising day by day. Our company will evolve from the development of single-function control units to a group that can contribute to society together with our customers by proposing systems that connect the many sensors and actuators installed in mobility vehicles in a complex manner and increase value with the power of software. Product introduction

We provide products centered on various controllers, switches, and sensors used in car body control, which are essential for car electronics, in order to contribute to solving social issues in a mobility society by evolving in-vehicle electronic control technology.
In recent years, while automobiles have spread around the world as a convenient means of transportation, problems caused by automobiles have also become larger. For example, in emerging countries, the increase in the number of deaths due to traffic accidents and respiratory diseases caused by automobile exhaust fumes is becoming a problem. To solve these social issues, we will focus on developing products necessary for connected, autonomous driving, and electrification in order to increase our contribution to safety, security, and the environment.。

Smart Entry System for motorcycles

This system applies the radio wave technology developed for four-wheel vehicles to two-wheel vehicles (scooters, etc.).
Carrying a portable key and operating the motorcycle's engine switch allows the engine to be started. As there is no need to insert the key, it improves convenience and helps prevent theft.
It also brings comfort, convenience and safety to people's lives in countries, particularly in Asia, where motorcycle culture is prevalent.

Body Control Module(BCM)

BCM is connected via communication lines to sensors and electrical units installed in various parts of the vehicle, and is a unit with the function of controlling a large number of inputs and outputs in a highly coordinated manner.
For example, it controls a wide range of functions, from functions that can be directly operated, such as keyless entry, windshield wipers, headlights, and turn signals, to functions that cannot be directly touched, such as seat belt reminders, emergency stop signals, and power functions when the engine is started.

Switches that automatically adjust various functions within the seat position, reclining, etc.
Lately, seats can be finely adjusted not only to move forward or backward and recline, but also to adjust the height and angle, the amount of support around the lower back, and ottomans in the passenger seat and back seat to make the user more comfortable inside the vehicle.

Seat and Steering Position Controller

This controller remembers the seat and steering wheel positions specified by the user and automatically adjusts them.
It performs controls such as automatically adjusting the seat and steering wheel positions to make it easier for passengers to get in and out of the vehicle, a nd returning the seat and steering wheel to the set positions when driving.
One of the features of our controllers is that they make little operating noise when in operation.

Seat Temperature Controller

This controller controls the heating elements and ventilation built into the seat, thereby controlling the temperature felt by the driver.
Seat temperature control has a greater physical effect than air conditioning, and contributes to creating a comfortable interior space.
Our unit integrates and controls the controllers for multiple seats, which also contributes to reducing vehicle weight.

Auto Light Unit

This unit detects when it becomes dark and automatically switches on the headlights.
It is compatible with different headlight on/off timings in different regions around the world. In addition, our proprietary technology enables lighting control that matches the characteristics of the human eye.
In terms of design, a flat shape is used, contributing to the realization of a sleek instrument panel design.

AC Inverter

Module that converts direct current (DC) from a car's battery into alternating current (AC) household power.
This allows you to use AC-powered devices in your car.

Electric Power Steering Control Unit(EPS)

EPS is a controller that uses a motor to assist the driver in steering the vehicle, reducing the burden on the driver.
Compared to conventional hydraulic power steering, electrification improves fuel efficiency by 3 to 5%. Of the basic functions of a car - running, turning, and stopping - this unit is involved in the "turning" function, and since a breakdown in this unit can easily lead to an accident, it is considered an important safety component.
Our company's highly reliable safety designs and manufacturing capabilities allow us to achieve the high quality befitting an important safety component.
In addition, no oil is disposed of, which contributes to reducing the environmental impact.

DC/DC Converter for Idling Stop System

This unit boosts battery voltage that drops below normal levels.
In vehicles equipped with an idle stop system, it boosts the battery voltage that drops when the engine is restarted, preventing electronic devices such as navigation systems from having to restart every time the vehicle is stopped.
By improving the convenience of the idle stop system, it contributes to improved fuel efficiency and reduced exhaust gas emissions in gasoline engine vehicles.

DC/DC converter for xEV

This product is necessary for vehicles equipped with high-voltage batteries such as EVs and hybrids. It is a unit that steps down the voltage of several hundred volts supplied from the high-voltage battery to 14V and supplies power to various on-board controllers.
Our unique technology has made it compact and highly efficient, contributing to vehicle weight reduction, securing passenger space, and improving power consumption.

On Board Charger(OBC)

This unit converts household alternating current (AC) into direct current (DC) to charge the high-voltage batteries of EVs and plug-in hybrid vehicles from a household outlet.
Our unique technology has made it compact and highly efficient, helping to reduce vehicle weight, free up interior space, and shorten charging times. We are currently working on development toward mass production.

Driveline Control Module(DLCM)

This controller switches between 2WD and 4WD, and controls the electronic limit, slip and differential gear (eLSD).
By controlling the vehicle's drive system according to the road condition, it can improve the vehicle's ability to climb hills and its ability to escape rough roads.
When driving in town or on paved roads or other easy roads, this control can be turned off to increase the efficiency of drive force transmission, contributing to improved fuel economy.

Multi-Channel Gateway ECU

As connected cars become more commonplace, this unit protects cars from cyber attacks and helps distribute the communication load that is increasing with the advancement of electrification.
Drivers can now enjoy the comfort of a connected car without worrying about being exposed to the threat of cyber attacks.

Power Window Switch with anti-pinch function

This is a control unit with an integrated switch that automatically opens and closes the window.
To improve safety, we have added a function that automatically lowers the window when a hand or other object gets caught in the window, a first in Japan, and a function that opens the window for a certain period of time even if the car is submerged in water, a first in the world.
Although there are rare cases of tragic accidents with power windows, such as children getting their necks caught in them due to incorrect operation, our technology and products will help eliminate such accidents and contribute to making cars safer.

Door Control Unit

This unit controls the electrical equipment around the door.
In recent years, an increasing number of vehicles are being equipped with a large number of electrical equipment such as various actuators, sensors, and lighting. By centrally controlling these electrical equipment, it is possible to reduce the number of controllers and wire harnesses, improving the layout inside the door and ensuring expandability for future increases in functionality.

Power Tailgate Controller

This controller is used to electrically open and close the back doors of SUVs, minivans, etc.
Utilizing the anti-pinch technology cultivated in power windows, etc., it contributes to the realization of safe electric tailgates.
It also supports the latest functions such as the latest hands-free access function and a memory function that stops the back door at any position.

Rear Occupant Alert

This sensor detects rear seat occupants and prevents accidents such as children being left behind.
When the driver gets out of the vehicle, it monitors whether any passengers are left behind in the rear seats.
Currently, ultrasound is used to detect passengers, but a radar type with improved detection accuracy is also under development.

Non-contact Stop Lamp Switch

This switch detects when the brake pedal is pressed and transmits an On/Off signal to the brake lights.
By evolving from the conventional contact type to a non-contact type, we have achieved improved durability and reduced operating noise.

Alarm unit for Motorcycles

This unit enhances anti-theft capabilities by detecting any unintended tilt of the vehicle by the driver while the motorcycle is parked (engine off) and alerting those in the vicinity to the theft with an audible buzzer.
Particularly in Asia, motorcycles are a vital means of transportation for ordinary people, and motorcycle theft has become a social issue. This product embodies the voices of the market that want to solve this social issue.
