The objective of our quality management in the NIDEC GPM Group is to meet and even exceed the high requirements and standards of our products and processes through innovation, cost awareness and continuous improvement.
The commitment of our company is to develop innovative, high-grade, environmentally friendly products in accordance with the requirements and expectations of our customers worldwide. To meet these requirements, NIDEC GPM has established an integrated management system that combines quality and environmental aspects. The process environment, which is maintained on our company-wide network, is constantly being further developed and optimised to match increasing customer-specific requirements and standards. This system gives all our employees access to current process sequences, procedural instructions and forms.
Our management system is certified to IATF 16949:2016 with a CAQ and ERP system that underpins the processes in the company.
At NGPM, we work with state-of-the-art quality methods incorporated in our advanced quality planning, supplier development and metrology, among others. We attach particular importance to a zero-defect strategy.
