Flange
There are several names for the objects that support bearings as parts of the stator of a motor. The one that is to fasten with the load machine is often called a flange, and the other side is an endplate. The both are called brackets together. The flange has four holes through which to fasten the motor with a solid part of the load using bolts and nuts or screws. Another role of the flange is for heat sink to cool the motor.
