The product's features
highly rigid and precise
The machine's main units are all of the box structure, making them highly rigid and precise. By the adoption of a linear roller guide, the model now boasts improved fine feeding features and circular machining accuracy. In addition, by using a double anchor system to support ball screws, the model's lost motion is minimized. Additionally, with the adoption of a hollow cooling structure for ball screws, combined with other measures such as using a coolant shelter and correction of thermal displacement on the spindle's head, this model's machining accuracy is stabilized, while the HQ control improves and stabilizes this product's machining accuracy.

By adopting a hollow cooling structure for ball screws, the thermal displacement caused by high-speed axis transfer is successfully minimized in this model.
